As with all the Wolf lookalike types the Tamaskan originated from a few of Eddie's founding dogs and later mixed with sled dog imports from Finland. Utonagans were last used in this type of dog in 2006.

British Inuit.
The British Inuit dog club is made up of breeders who chose to split from the Northern Inuit society and outcross their dogs to Saarloos and Czechoslovakian Vlcak to form a new type of wolf lookalike dog

British Timber dog.
The Independent dog association (T.I.D.A) will hold a data base for this new type of wolf lookalike dog and issue pedigree's. An application will be made for KC recognition as a 'breed' once established. The website for British Timber dogs is still under construction and we will provide a link when one becomes available.
